today at school teacher teach us about "The managerial/Leadership Grid" ...

this is different styles of management ,they have Two main dimensions .

. concern for production

. concern for people 

But influentials five basic combination, five inside one is "the team manager"

"the team manager" the meaning is - high concern for production n high concern for people .

Actually top there all is idle talk ,What I mainly want to say is ，

teacher gv us an example which one company is carries on this combination .

that is Google company ... 

teacher say this company is really is really good . How should reach an agreement ...erm ....

Inside the company, has many entertaining places  ....

. like swimming pool

. Pool

. Pingpong

. has the rest place and etc  

Just on-line had looked for some about the Google Corporation's in picture, now shares for everybody looked

. In the family has the pet, but can also bring to the company to go.

On the company is equipped with the attendance pet the place

. Good comfortable feeling ^^

. very relaxed

. there have many places given workers to rest

Some opportunities really good wants to go to there visit,

also hoped after growing up, works the place might be so good. . .

Now only then knew, originally comes out the social work is really not easy.

So-called “the will of the people are unpredictable” 

sometimes will think that oneself will take the wrong subject,
